Experience
16 years teaching and tutoring experience. Certified to teach age 3 - Grade 8. Students in the state of Florida will be taking a new State Assessment, FSA, this year. It replaced the old FCAT. The question complexity has increased and the written response questions have been added. The writing portion targets 4th and 5th grade students. Students will need outside help from school to score well on this test. As an current educator in Florida I want to help students achieve the level of knowledge they need to do well on the FSA. I used to do in-home tutoring and tutoring at my house for many years. I have been awarded for my high student test scores for many years.

Hobbies
I enjoy my family time at the beach, traveling or simply watching a good ole' movie. I have a son in High School and a daughter in college that is starting Medical School next fall. I have have two wonderful dogs and my life is good. I want to help parents that know their child is struggling, but they don't know what they need to do. I also want to help the students that stay on their "A GAME" in school be more prepared for the Reading and Math FSA. (5th Grade Science is still FCAT.)
